We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us. When you join our Hero Club waitlist, we collect your first name and email address. We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any information from children under the age of 13 directly. Our waitlist is intended for parents and guardians.

We use your name and email address to send you a welcome confirmation, notify you when Doodle Me launches, and share occasional updates about our products and brand. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receiving email communications from Doodle Me. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time and we will promptly remove you from our list.

Your information is processed through Resend (resend.com), a trusted transactional email platform. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
5. Cookies
Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We may use basic analytics in the future to understand how visitors interact with our site. We will update this policy if that changes.
6. Children's Privacy
Doodle Me creates products for children, but our website and waitlist are directed at parents and guardians — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
